It sounds crazy, but if we could get five clone writers of Kelsey Tressler, we could rule the world! As a senior content specialist intern at Chatter Buzz Media, Kelsey set a high bar for killer copy.

As a brand new inbound marketing firm, the results we deliver clients are directly driven by quality writing. Kelsey’s superb writing, editing, editorial planning and research skills helped our company rise to the first page of organic search results in just one month.

Her signature sense of prose and hard-hitting subject blog posts were routinely well-received on the company’s social media platforms. Kelsey routinely led editorial brainstorming sessions and served as a copy editor for content created by our team.

We were fortunate to have Kelsey’s InDesign skills, and one of her standout projects was designing a white paper on inbound marketing versus traditional marketing. Kelsey also went above and beyond to ghostwrite advertorials for large clients.

Kelsey is hard-working, caring and respectful, and will no doubt be a tremendous asset to your organization. Her sense of cool, calmness kept our team grounded — even on the hectic days. Kelsey receives our wholehearted endorsement.

I worked with Kelsey during her time at The West Orange Times and from the moment she was there, she fit right in. It was her first job in her field of choice and she was professional and mature for her age at the time. It is fast-paced, deadline oriented and you must be trusted to do the job expected of you.

In one day, at a small newspaper, you might do a little bit of everything involved in putting the paper together. She wrote copy, edited copy, worked on pages in InDesign, went to interviews, covered events, posted to social media when needed and even answered phones and handled customers that came in.

She was never hesitant to ask a question. After some months on the job, there was no question in trusting her with keeping up with the email, delegating and editing, to make sure all sections of the paper were together when our Editor went on vacation. I had all confidence in Kelsey, and considering her age at the time, it also being her first job in her field, she quickly proved we could trust to know she would do whatever asked or needed and do it well.

An amazing writer, from covering heroes of World War II, to official city meetings that at times, could not be less than invigorating, she never questioned an assignment but took each thing on with zest. Everything was a learning experience for her and she should a willingness to do as much as possible. She handled our social media that was just getting started and up until her last day was writing and editing and never dropped the ball.
