The reason I’m a Content Manager is simple—I love content.

There’s something special about communicating your ideas in writing. About carefully choosing the words that will inspire your audience and drive them to take action. Marketing copy is poetry, in a way—it’s about finding the simplest, clearest, and most compelling way to say something, often in a limited amount of space.

Marketing strategy, too, takes time and effort to craft. Good content strategy means creating exactly the right message at exactly the right time for exactly the right audience. Pinpointing those moments on the customer journey takes skill—and it’s something I’ve spent years honing.

Most recently, I acted as the Copywriter and Content Marketing Manager at Ultimate Medical Academy, a healthcare educational institution offering online coursework as well as on-campus training. I created marketing messages and developed content strategies to reach roughly 15,000 students and 55,000 alumni, along with thousands of employer partners, 2,000 members of faculty and staff, and the public at large.

I’ve also served as a Content Marketing Consultant to dozens of clients, many of them small businesses looking to maximize results on a limited budget. I’ve worked at a small start-up agency, acted as a developmental novel editor, and even been on the staff of a community newspaper—all because I love getting information out to the world through the medium of writing.

When you work with me, you work with someone who is passionate about what she does, dedicated to creating the best messages possible, and always open and willing to learn. I can’t wait to discuss opportunities for us to work together!
